We've teamed up with MIGHTYKILLERS: OVERLVND to create a limited edition strap / grab handle for 6th Gen Ford Broncos. This strap bolts in to the Bronco's upper roll bar and may provide light duty grip support while riding and/or assistance with entering and exiting the vehicle.* Beyond that, it just looks rad. The durable nylon webbing features the FERO and OVERLVND wordmarks on repeat. There are two colors available: Gunmetal Gray and Flat Dark Earth (FDE). Each strap includes black all-metal mounting hardware (and utilizes the existing factory bolt). There are potential mounting locations above each seat for a total of 4 possible straps (2 in the front and 2 in the rear of 4 Door and 2 Door models).

This is a made-to-order item only. Because these are handmade in small batches, orders take 2-3 weeks to be made plus shipping. Other items in the order may ship together or separately depending on logistics.

Due to the nature of handmade items, there will be slight differences between each webbing pattern, stitching, edges, word mark placement, length, etc. Photos are for reference only and not indicative of the exact item you will receive.

Fulfillment and Shipping Times
Fulfillment times, shipping times and prices vary by product.

For most orders, please allow 1 week for fulfillment plus 1 week for shipping (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

Made-to-order items take significantly longer for fulfillment (often 4-6 weeks), so always check the product description for details.

Shipping times may be delayed due to Covid-19 and corresponding restrictions placed on the supply chain.

Some products are printed and shipped by a third party, but the majority are fulfilled directly by us. The items fulfilled by a third party may take longer to arrive (see product descriptions for details). These items usually ship separately, so if you're missing part of your order, just give it a few more days, then reach out to us.

Shipping Locations
We're based in Dallas, TX and only ship to the U.S. at this time.

If you're located in a country outside the U.S., you may try using a mail-forwarding service like myus.com. Several of our customers have had success with this. Should you choose to use this service or a similar one, we accept no responsibility for issues that arise from it including lost or undeliverable packages.

Some items may ship from other countries, but most ship from the U.S.

Missing or Undelivered Packages
Once we've handed off an order to the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS), we are no longer responsible for it. If an item is damaged upon arrival or the package goes missing, we are not liable for it. Please contact the shipping carrier with issues related to package delivery if you've already received a tracking number from us.

Missing Items
Most items ship together when in the same order, however some items do not. Most notably, apparel ships separately from all other items therefore shipping times will also vary. Items labeled “made-to-order” take longer to fulfill, but the other items in the order will be held so they can be shipped at the same time. If after several weeks, you still don't have all the items you've ordered, please reach out to us at support@feromachines.com so we can do our best to make it right.

No Returns and Exchanges
We are not currently accepting returns or exchanges. This is due to the fact that we're a very small operation and don't have the infrastucture to handle returns and exchanges efficiently. We hope to offer this eventually and are working toward it. We realize that's not ideal in some situations, but we appreciate your patience as we grow and scale our business processes. If we messed up, please contact us or send an email to support@feromachines.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Some orders may be cancelled if not fulfilled yet. Times vary on fulfillment and are often automated, therefore cancellation cannot be guaranteed if requested. Please contact us if you'd like to attempt to cancel your order.

How are payments handled
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments for Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay depending on which form of payment you choose.
